Bloody cat, We have a cat, we have 2 dogs. The cat is the one that gets fleas, then hides in every weird crook and craney of the house. Heat wave + humidity, go on holiday for 7 days and we return to an infestation.

I bought 10 bombs, one person room, 2 extras for the room that feline pleb hangs out the most in.

Now, the bombs, alone, won't do it. I needed to treat and flea comb the animals daily for 3 days, I hoovered every single crevice of the house daily for 4 days to catch the eggs and I am now applying a flea killer spray to all the carpets in the house once a week to make sure, but, with that said, these bombs are legitimately weapons of mass destruction for fleas.

The other treatments - they're for eggs. The actual jumping gits, those meaty ones that laugh at traps, seemingly jump out of soapy water off the comb - these bombs kill those adult buggers stone cold dead.

I did the entirety of the upstairs house in one move, then after work I took the dogs out to a groomer having set the last 2 off in my office and living room. Then I walked the dogs for an hour (cat slung in the kitchen) and immediately, walking around with these milk bottles out in the rest of the house, one adult jumped on me in a limp attempt at clinging to this mortal coil.

Now, when I say that we returned to an infestation, I mean it. I was embarrassed, shamed, mortified that our normally clean, loved house was in a state we cancelled guests staying in the days immediately returning and these bombs wiped the monsters out, dead.

They are not the solution to the cause - that needs to be concentration on eggs and your Pets, but in terms of murdering the adults? Amazing results.

Fwiw, I placed each bomb in a coffee cup, to ensure safety for the floors and I made sure to fully seal rooms for lowered ventilation. The smell was noticeable at ignition and returning, but windows open for 30 minutes and the smell was gone.

Again, not an all in one solution, but pet treatments - £35, comb - £3 (and multiple 10 sessions per animal), these bombs - £35, hoovering daily and then some carpet solution - £40 and that bloody plague was done.

Not a single leg, but these bombs are absolutely like bringing a machine gun to a knife fight for the adults and id recommend them to anyone with this problem.

(You do need to cover your smoke detectors and then remove said covers on completion, mind)
